Ingredients
2 3⁄4 cups Bowl & Basket Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle mix
2 tsp Bowl & Basket Pumpkin Spice
2 cups Wholesome Pantry Milk ( can substitute with Almond Milk )
1 cup Wholesome Pantry Pumpkin Puree
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbsp Bowl & Basket vegetable oil
1 tsp Wholesome Pantry vanilla extract
Maple syrup, for serving
chopped pecans, for serving
Directions
1. In a large bowl whisk together baking mix and pumpkin spice. In a smaller bowl, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, eggs, oil and extract.
2. Add to dry mixture; whisk until smooth. Let batter stand 5 minutes before cooking in a waffle iron according to the manufacturer's directions.
3. Serve with maple syrup and chopped pecans, if desired.
